I got 2 Belladonna one after the other in Act 4 NM and Act 5 NM. So it is possible but random.

Frankly I've tried using Phalanx and it felt weird. Never managed to make it shoot where I need it.
It would be perfect if placing them left from character would make them shoot left and vice versa.
Not been able to shoot upwards is a bummer.

For example if I want to get Queen of Glass do I need to reroll specifically an Ancient armor (that looks like base for it) for this or any armor?

What exactly is the use for Dark Summoning spell? I tried it once and got a bunch of OP enemies (and Lazarus, no info as well) which murdered me after a long fight.
