For mana feedback sorceress does anybody know how to cast manasweep right after antimass? Because for me there is a cooldown

Im new here and not a pro at the game but very much a fan question i have is how do you get mana sweep cooldown to 0 after casting antimass? Because for me there is a cooldown after casting.
