Yeah that is pretty outdated but still kinda viable. Remember you also have three free respecs from Akarat each difficulty. There are so many ways to build a barb in this mod that it's hard to come up with a skill-plan. BUT, Iron Spiral multi-hits like crazy so I would smax wolves, then Spirit Guid...
