Is there any document or information about Lvl 121 Areas, known as the only places be able to drop SSU? Can Diablo drop SSU/SSSU or Secret item as well?

The last time I play the game, -100% resist pierce could easily be accessed by MO. But now, thanks to the removing, the only way I get resist pierce (Mostly elemental) is from the item itself, charms and shrine crafting, or there is a another way?
