Affix amulet and rings

Hey. want to hear if we can affix amulet/ring if orb it wrong or just for another build , can't remember how, if we still have that option to affix and can it be done in 2017 patch ?

Affix refers to a (usually randomly rolled) specific mod on an item. For example +3 skills is an affix, or +10 damage reduced is another affix. I think the word you're looking for is just fix (i.e to repair something that is broken). In any case no there is no way to just remove MO effects from an item, jewelry or otherwise. Some items (TUs for example) can be rerolled entirely which would wipe the MOs from an item but that is a very specific application.

You can undo mystic orbs on items but only in single player and only if using the offline tools for Median 2017. Unique mystic orb removal doesn't work yet. Here:

sorry dossen matter now. have un-install MXL 2017 mystic orb is totaly broken, totaly ruin. It seems he want people to quit MXL for good . understand now why all go back to XVi patch. is like d3 all over keep ruin a good game

No space for useless complains that provide no constructive feedback here. If you don't like it, don't play. The changes were made in taste of balancing the game. It's the first patch with this big release, so don't expect perfection.
