loot filter

hi pretty new to median xl and was wondering if the is a type of loot filter or something to help with loot i kill things fast and i find it a pain to run back to look at wat dropped is thee anything that make important loot stand out thx.

go under the Game tab > Tools - D2Stats. Download and in the program there is a drop filter, you can change the settings under "Notifier"
and hotkeys under..."hotkeys" (Shift+home to inject by default)
