uh-oh. it's 2016. Riot

Well, a 2016 release was the plan all along, a release in 2015 could only happen if everything went perfectly well, this was not the case due to several reasons, one of them being donation center being down for about two months, quirinus disappearing and well, me being lazy (no news here). Additionally I felt investing time into developing the forums/site was a priority since a big, stable and growing community is the core for this mod staying alive. A great mod deserves a great site.

Good news are I quit my job 2 days ago so I should have a lot of time for this now.

Can the community know as to the background why'd you quit?

Well, when I entered my job I knew nothing about programming. Now at this point (1,5 years later) I have learned quite a lot of Java there, and thanks to that I was able to expand my knowledge into other languages (php, javascript, swift, objective c, sql, etc) on my free time. The problem was that there is a point in these kind of jobs where you stop learning stuff and it just becomes a routine. And after all, learning is all I care about currently. I don't care about big spots in a company since my goal is to be an entrepreneur.

Now my plan is to take a ~6 month vacation. Clear up my mind and see what's my next move going to be. I will probably focus on mobile app development since that's where the software industry is going to. So there's a chance I'll be working from home doing iOS apps. Or maybe I'll go to my second homeland, germany, and study something there. Could study stuff related to programming or a master of business administration. There's still time to think about this since I'm 21 but you know what they say, time is the most valuable resource.

Well, that waas quite plenty of information, which I'm quite pleased about, especially considering the very positive content. I'm quite glad you feel like you wish to pursue knowledge and ability, even in means that would open you up to a big realm of possibilities, a quite drastic change of moving to Germany!

I know this may be strange to ask consider this is a forum of a game, but seeing you are from Argentina, i want to know if one of the reasons you quitted and want to move Germany is because how drastically your country changed since Macri arrived to the power, i saw in news how all is changing for bad and is sad a lot, i am from Venezuela by the way, so is about a Latin to Latin feeling.Just be careful, in Europe, things are not that good as we may think.

Yeah, she was. In fact one of the reasons for moving to germany was because I thought officialism would win the elections again
