I've had the unfortunate experience of winning an auction from someone who muled the item to an account for me (we live in different time zones), and when I logged on to retrieve the item I received a message saying the account was "locked by TSWBot permanently." Assuming botting or some other 3rd party stuff was going on.

The user has transferred all of his 3.5k TG to a multi-acc, (zero posts, created account 10 hours ago, no description for why the TG was transferred), and hasn't yet responded to me. It wasn't a huge auction, 95TG iirc, it's more just sad to me that this is becoming a thing on Sigma. I left the D2jsp community for exactly this reason, and to avoid this kind of drama. I'll post the user's name tomorrow if I haven't heard from him regarding a refund for the item.

I think it's great that there's no section dedicated to scammers on this forum, because it happens so infrequently, but I do wonder what my next step is. Anyone got a suggestion on how to proceed?

Check the rules page. It shows the banlist to confirm if it was true.

Wow that didn't take long at all, he's at the top of the banlist. I'm guessing that there's no recourse for retrieving my TG from a scammer?

I'm not sure how that process works, an admin would have to take care of that situation.
