The set gives your summons some serious flat power and life.
The Veil King is pretty insane this time around and having 2 of them is kinda crazy.
Though I've not tested it in game but these are the stats and synergies.
*This is what Veil king does himself*
• CASTS CRUCIFY ON ATTACK! *melee attack that unleashes homing spikes*
• Slows Target by 50%
• Reanimate as Veil Terror chance 15%
• REDUCE NECROMANCER MINION COUNT BY 50%
• 10% chance to cast Plague Grasp on attack

(Having 2 Veil Kings does that mean you have no other minions? 50% + 50% = 100% reduced necro minions duh) But does it work like this?
*These are his synergies*
• Death Pact: 15% life per base level
• Blood Skeleton: Veil King gains their Grim Vision Aura (Crushing Blow and Physical damage raises per skeleton level)
• Night Hawk: 6% damage per hawk (Does this mean per hawk you're allowed to have or active hawks?)
• Abyss Knight: Reduces all damage by 20 (Raises per level in Abyss Knight)
• Iron Golem: Regenerates life 100% in 40 Seconds (Lowers the time it takes per golem level)

Snake stance isn't worth mentioning because without the synergie of hardpoints into Eagle stance it's useless.

The only good part is Void Archon, but you're sacrificing so many stats just for a single summon... Not worth it. You'd be better off trying to get a Void Archon reanimate from the BPR charm and spamming sacrfice until you reanimate one.

Honestly, I was really looking forward for a rework of that set. But calling this a rework would be fake news lol

Nope, it's reduce minions count when you put point in Veil king, so 2 kings won't reduce your mnions to zero.

PS: Btw i've tried summoner with Veil king and for me it's totally not worth. He's stupidly frequently hiding somewhere behind your char or running absurdly wrong directions EVEN when monsters are just next to you after BtS cast and quantity of minions you left with is strongly not enough to distract enemies. So me personally better would go for Rathma chosen and Satanic for most part of game (not counting SUs ofc, only with sets choise).

I rarely feel such a necessity to post but the idiocy in pretty much everything you said just got the worst of me.

You went to compare the most trivial stats out of the sets instead of comparing actual stats that matter. Minion HP is irrelevant, res is same, dmg is a 200% diff, though less if you account for free dark power. BTW on the grand scope of things, 200% minion damage isnt a lot.

The +2 extra minion count is literally the only thing that matters and you cannot get this amount unless you find Goetia. It's INCREDIBLY strong on a jinn+abyss combo, you'd knew if you actually had some experience with the build before coming whining to this topic.

The fools gold / void archon comment was the best. FG doesnt have reanimate chance for months now, update your shared stash maybe? :)
BTW even if it had reanims, VA reanim uses a diff aura than actual VA. But hey, I guess you didn't know that either.

Seems chuck is finally getting a successor.

Yeah that‘s typical for those who want to argue but have no actual arguments. Calling someone who plays SP an idiot and cheater even though there isn‘t even a shared stash and even though everyone knows I don‘t even have save files from last season lol

I didn‘t do the BPR charm last season because it was too annoying (you can check it in my guide if you don‘t believe me) and the seasons before that it was locked behind Baal, so not quite doable with a summoner. But hey balance has always been awesome for at least a year! Blame the summoner player for your inability to bring balance lol

Honestly, minion life has always been the most important thing back in mxl 2017. Seeing how both the new skeleton summons and the passive grant more minion damage, I can‘t quite trust the statement that minion life is irrlevant, since unless the minion damage aura from the summons and the passive don‘t work additive (like embalming does) it‘s less useful that minion life. Sorry that I couldn‘t test it out on day 3 yet lol maybe there‘s a reason that it takes so long? Hmmmmm lol
Even if that was the case, it would make me wonder why embalming works additive and the passive and minion‘s aura don‘t.


And sorry that I thought of this as an endgame option lol. Because laz set is for the most part. Ofc I assume you get Goetia in endgame, together with Lemxis Wand or Santa compana, so compared to that this set is still aweful and Merely a midgame option. And that‘s exactly why this is so disappointing.
