Damn it, i think the mod lost all the hype. Found this uber dungeon in act 2 where maggot worm drops 6 uniques and i though it was a bit broken to get 6 uniques every time. BUT later tested new uber dungeon in act 1 - gg.

Myth

Another decent but forgotten mod i am currently playing. You can download from here, just pick latest version and continue from there. Or go to this link and scroll down until you see it.

Positive things:
Works with D2SE
Plugy works, skill and stat restat also work if you know what to do with plugy.ini
Mod has a nice webpage with a lot of nice info
There are 3 uber areas which give rewards in every difficulty
Uber quests from original game should work too
Smooth start, however geting xp is slow. Not hard really, just slow.
A lot of uniques that don't drop OP stuff

Negative things:
Original clod char, skills and builds - but it's a matter of preference really
Words with Glide only - gay rainbow colors :-X
Cube is 1x1 - faking small and i miss puting items in it a lot of times :mrgreen:

Personal experience:
It's a good mixture of few other mods if you can say that. Some items, ingredients, recipes remind me of eastern sun/nezeramontias/median. There are gems words, jewel words, lots of crafts, upgrades and cycles reroll options. There are class specific items with weird visuals and names. Gameplay is smooth, no real cock blocks along the way. Some monsters have cancer abilities just to remind you why this mod is forgotten. But overall resists, defense and life leach cure 99% of problems. Xp is a bit slow, but no need to go back grind. Diablo was killed at lvl 27 with 6 hp pots used. Drops are plenty and gem words, jewel words help out a lot.

Part 3 of mod Myth. Doing terror at the moment. Lvl 58 char still squishy, but better drops are starting to show up. Normal difficulty gave only 1-3 socketed normal items, now i start to see 4 socketed ones. This will open new gemwords, glyphwords, runewords, jewelwords and give many options. Sadly mod needs some updates like gold pickup and some other tweaks. It has ubers in all difficulties, sadly cannot do any of them. Normal ubers have mobs over lvl60 and bosses have gg 1hit KO skills.
What i like about this mod - elite mob packs have minions with variety of resistances in the same pack. It makes fights more interesting and a bit balanced against casters who could melt stuff othervise. Also mod gives a lot of materials to craft and fill sokets with. Upgrades from normal to magic, from magic to rare, ect. All are available through collecting materials and doing some cubing.
