core of builds stays the same as in clod but some skills are changed. there are few completely new builds too like java pal, sword zon and prolly something else too. some builds are made more viable like summon druid. in general as much as i understood theres much more viable builds than in clod but some mainstream chars beat everything else as in clod, mxl and any other mod. tbh just open game and read, theres no retarded stuff like in AM where you need to read 500 pages of docs half of which isnt even up to date and another half got lost somewhere.
regular early-mid game items rain pretty much, but some endgame stuff is still rare, not secret nagi level ofc but you wont get them in half hour either.
iirc most powerful items are crafts with rw in it, for which you need reagents obviously. also theres class only sets which drop in certain area, some of them are awesome too.
as for ubers, theres uber trist and few other "uber" locations (trist portal parts, class set locations and maybe few more).
in general thats pretty average mod, it has no 100 hour lategame content and most of the skill are still the same from clod, but for some reason i still enjoy it and dont mind wasting some time on it once per few years.
