Serious question: What do you do when the bad part of your life (all those bad memories) comes to you and destroy everything?
Just wanted to know what other people do in those places.

Like for example, there were days where I was, idk, watching tv for example and got those insta-flash-backs in the brain and fucked me up like hell XD!

Well, I don't know what you're dealing with, som, but when my worst memories are triggered I try to distract myself with upbeat music, a movie, or get out of the house and get a coffee or tea or something. Call or text my bff, she's hilarious. Or if I need to, I have a good cry before I do any of those things.

I'm not currently dealing with anything, these stuff happened like 8 years ago XD! I always wondered about other people, it's supposed that we all share same emotions, etc so I wondered what other people do, like when I started liking english and wondered in what language other people think on. And most of the time I couldnt understand how others think in any other language haha!

So yea, basically same effect. Distraction, my aproach was a bit different, enduring it and overcoming it. Making it part of myself, something like wearing it like an armor. idk, other than the flashbacks in the brain (like bullets lmao) is a good way. I believe I havent cried in years, and that's a bit sad I believe...Gonna have to rewatch ''the girl who leapt through time'' and I'll cry 6 years worth of tears XD!

What she said, or try to use raw willpower to stop thinking about it, or control your reaction to it - that's really hard though, especially if you're not used to it, and can backfire really badly in long term if you dont know what you're doing, so i wouldnt recommend it.

Or if it happens offen/strongly and you cant find another solution, therapy/drugs (the legal kind xd)

Imo distraction is not the solution, it just delays the problem and makes it even harder. You just have to deal with it, accept it once and for all. It may be hard, but once you've really thought it through you leave a burden behind.

"Yes, that actually happened. But I have learned from the experience and now I strive to make the best decisions in the future."

You can't change the past, so the most you can do is accept it and learn from it, otherwise it is irrelevant. Think about what do you have to do now/in the future.
