One thing I can say about headset microphones is don't buy one that goes right below the chin and is inflexible because two things happen:
1 You will breathe into the mic or it will pick sound up at low volume because the mic is under your chin.
2 When you speak, most of the time the sound picked up will be low, but sometimes you will get fucking sound spikes if you speak loudly and that's rly annoying trust me I have one of these mics.
Bonus3 Microphone might touch clothing :(

So it's better to have a mic that isn't as long, maybe stops at the cheek or a mic that you can flex so that the problems I listed don't happen.
Something like this, but with more bling ofc:

Sennheiser headphones are top-notch. Sound is pretty much perfect. I have seen some headsets for around 150 euros on amazon too.
But I haven't tried the bose products before so I can't say which is better.

Another Alternative would be to pick up headphones with no microphone and a microphone on it's own so that you have quality on both ends. You can even pick up something such as a ModMic to directly attatch a microphone to the headphones of your choice: http://www.modmic.com/

Try to find a BOSE headsets in your town and give them a try... there are few products within your price range. I've never heard a better quality. A friend of mine even bought the Aviation one... but thousand dollars for a pair of headphones... (-:

Just one example, slightly over budget but should still be acceptable price: http://www.amazon.com/Sennheiser-G4ME-B ... B00KK8ZLEC
I have a Razer mouse myself and it's great, but for quality headset maybe get something from a company that specializes in sound.
In the end we can only give so much advice, it's up to you to make the final decision what you want.
