Still got halt #1664 problem

With d2se laucher and everytime comming through the red door got this error
with plugy 10.0 and with DllToLoad=MXL.dll setted and with running with administrator and with Windows DEP turned off.

But using median xl laucher and without plugy is working fine.

Now working with no error,but multi-stash is not working online.
