Damage Rework

Probably one of the coolest changes in this patch, the damage rework by suchbalance. It consists of reducing monster health and character damage by 8 everywhere. In theory the damage will still feel the same, however this change brings a lot of good features. Damages will be 1/8th the current.

That would be a factor of 8 then, "reduced by 8" means subtracting the number 8.

Nice to hear, though sad to see Sigma is probably an eternity away.
