On Jan the 28th, the Median XL community lost a player that had been fighting cancer in a korean nursing home for a couple of years. Michael would find joy and peace playing Median XL, trying to beat the hardest uberquests on what turned out to be, his last days. His story was a true inspiration to the entire development team, and we are honoring him with a tribute item that can be found in Heaven, or better said, Khalimgrad.

This item does nothing but add a heavenly aura to your character for 10 minutes.

Rest in Peace, friend.

Good on you Marco & team, I spent a bit of time reading Mike's posts and he really loved Median XL so I know he'd be thrilled to be part of the game in any way. It's great to see a community embrace their fallen so they will not be forgotten.

Damn shame. At least we can say that all those who've play Median have experienced true joy in their life

Probably the most meaningful item in the entire mod. Michael was one of our own, he found solace in playing median with a positive atittude instead of being miserable due to his unfortunate condition. He might be gone, but never forgotten.

We can only learn from such people like Michael. Dev team and you showed us that this is more than a game, and this is more than a forum. Respect to all of you for this tribute item.
