docs explicitly say sacred uniques only drop on dest, but people are claiming that they can drop on terror also. docs claims and ppls claims cant both be true at the same time, so if sacred uniques do actually drop on terror, then it makes sense to add that information in the docs (or at the very least not make it sound like they can never drop on terror)

assuming you need area level of 120 for SU to drop, and certain boss (or maybe chest) added couple of level to the item they dropped, maybe it might be possible for SU to drop in terror.

random find from net:
For monster drops: ilvl = mlvl, always.

Use the area level list. Monster levels in Nightmare + Hell,

Regular: mlvl = Alvl
Champions*: mlvl = Alvl + 2
SuperUnique / Unique / Minion: mlvl = Alvl + 3

* Any species and type (Berserker, Fanatic etc.)

Bosses have predefined levels with no reference to area.

Hell Mephisto is level 87.


That was for normal cLoD.

Problem is, all level area are capped at 115 (at least from glance from couple of uber level / difficulty list) so technically you can only get up to ilvl 118 aka cant roll into SU quality (set is ilvl 100 i think?)

as iwansquall mentioned, highest mlvl in terror is 115, 118 for superuniques. Sacred uniques have an ilvl of 120, meaning no monsters from terror can drop them.

i wanted to calculate my phys dmg and saw that there is something wrong. if i use the formula for the base item (20/256)*dex the result should be dex dmg bonus: 244% with my current dex, but i get this:

thanks, it seems the formula is dex*bonus/100 %

in this case 3131*20/100 % = 626.2% --> 623%

it will be fixed

was this only a display bug or does this mean my actual dmg was way too high too?
