the only problem with random bounties is that people will just reroll them to get easier levels/bosses. who whould want to do Laz, when you can do eg. King Koth?

I did specify that the "random" tasks were picked from a predefined list. And the game does not pick records randomly for the three tiers. It picks one record from the bronze list, one from the silver list, and one from the gold list. Therefore you couldn't get king koth as a gold tier task for example (this likely would be bronze tier). And every record sets it's reward individually, allowing us to balance the reward depending on the difficulty.

Any chance of putting health values in the bars at all? would be nice to know how much health some of them have.

When there is no health bar over the monster it means it is dead, why you need numbers for that?

Not really, the client does not receive the units full life (but rather a fraction in 128ths).
