Can't this just be exploited by gambling unique rings? I imagine you had the idea of saving unique rings to make uniques more valuable than just sigs, or forcing people to go to Fauztinville more often or something of that sort. Or is that why you created the 5% chance to help offset this?

Wouldn't this be stopped by the "Can't have two of the same charms" block? unidentified or not, for example.. I can't hold two azmodan charms. If that makes sense what I'm trying to ask about.
