pindle farming is not a thing in median. kurast k3kba, tran athulua, fauztinville, duncraig, cow level are your main farming areas.

Are there any specific areas that are great for XP Farming when you hit dry spots?

Go to Tristram, in one of the burning building - the one to the left of Cain's cage, when you hoover the mouse inside, it will read "Butcher's Lair"

Atomus is the single rarest item in the game, pretty sure. so no, you can't craft it ever, regardless of level.

the amulet though, yes.

For the Amulet is it the same as making any other Unique Amulet? Rune+2 Arcane Stones+Amulet?

Also, Can necros use multiple totems? Such as Death's Fury & Howling? or is it only 1 totem at a time? If so, whats the point of multiple Howling / Death's Fury totems?

You can use as many totems as you're able to summon.
