You need to kill that goat prick at Act 5 for the Cube Reagent that lets you make Honorifics now. I can't remember his name, anyway! First quest you do for Act 5, murder him all you want, he'll always drop the items you need. If you are playing an old version, use /players 8, and get a socketed white cap with an El rune; wear it, and go run around Act 2, killing Grubbers and the likes will drop obscene amounts of gold.
