Just install D2 again, it's the easiest way.

When you try messing with patches, directories and stuff you only... well mess things up.

In the docs the heavier armors have a movement penalty. For example Ancient Armor has a movement penalty of 15. Does this mean -15% frw?

it means -15 velocity

To keep it simple it's a more effective version of FRW. FRW has diminishing returns that you can bypass with skills (maybe some items?) that grant velocity, or cripple yourself using heavy armours/shields.

The problem is you are gimping yourself not using Incarnation and Colosseum, I know it takes a lot to get used for that especially when using Bear Stance, been there done that, but it's really worth it.

On SP I can throw you Venom Sting if you want.
