what's the lowest cool down for blink?

it goes down with soft points and have diminishing returns so its not really possible to reach the cap but i think after around 2.6sec it becomes ineffective to get it more points.

mine is 2.2 seconds atm, i ask because i want to know if i can get lower than 2.2 seconds. same question about cool down but this time is about broadside.

lol, lots of exp to reach 121 . at least i know now its possible to go lower than 2.2 seconds. if only barrier strike wasnt changed. btw im now lvl 120 and when i reset my character today to test skill build i noticed my skill points is 129. when i used the skillpoint planner it says 134 skill points. sorry had to ask i forgot so many things about median, it was only more than 1 week ago that i started playing again.

check quests in all 3 difficulties and also check if u have eaten 3 skill signets(u can check it via d2statreader)

yeah, it just takes time to reach lvl 121
Use Elixir of Greater Experience (cube Perfect Emerald + Scroll of Town Portal) and run D-Cows 100 times --> mission accomplished

i dont remember using skill signets. i checked my character and in hatred act 1 i still have to give charsi an item that she can imbue, act 5 larzuk adding sockets and also anya personalizing an item. same with terror but in destruction only charsi imbue an item. my character is still in act 3 destruction.
