Reverted the nerf to single player drop rates

How do I counter the enemies that make it so I can't heal? I literally can't progress because the arcane sanctuary is too clumped and I'm melee and I can't heal. It was a problem on hatred now its a road block on terror. Like what why does the debuff have to last so long? Belt: Abandoned craft with 5% ctc Disintegrate on attack
Gloves: Abandoned craft with 7% ctc Stormblast on attack
Boots : Zealot Rush / Abandoned craft
Helm : Abandoned craft / Witchhunter's Hood
Armor: Abandoned craft with 5% ctc Javelin Nova on attack
Shield: Abandoned craft with 25% ctc Arachnomancy on attack and 1% increased chance to block (may also spawn with up to 10%DR) . it is mandatory for it to have +1% increased CTB because that translates in more character block chance in total and much less dexterity needed for max block => much easier to get to 75% max block (2265 total dexterity required for max block with a 2% chance to block shield)
