Also, does the line Reverted the nerf to single player drop rates mean that drop rates are as high as before the nerf?

Yo guys first time playing the mod,
guide says I should craft some abandoned gear

Belt: Abandoned craft with 5% ctc Disintegrate on attack
Gloves: Abandoned craft with 7% ctc Stormblast on attack
Boots : Zealot Rush / Abandoned craft
Helm : Abandoned craft / Witchhunter's Hood
Armor: Abandoned craft with 5% ctc Javelin Nova on attack
Shield: Abandoned craft with 25% ctc Arachnomancy on attack and 1% increased chance to block (may also spawn with up to 10%DR) . it is mandatory for it to have +1% increased CTB because that translates in more character block chance in total and much less dexterity needed for max block => much easier to get to 75% max block (2265 total dexterity required for max block with a 2% chance to block shield)

So I traded 2 abandoned shrines to be able to get those done but was wondering how I get those specific stats like the 5% ctc disintegrate on attack affix and such?
Do I wait until I find a sacred item with that affix or do I craft abandoned items until it gets the 5% ctc?

Same question for every other item on the list
most importent is the shield..

tldr; how do I get the affix on the list for each item?
(i've never tried to build one since I had no luck in finding the specific shrine and had to trade them so dont want to waste them at all..)

First you find a sacred rare item for each slot you want to craft. If you haven't used up your horadric malus reward you can produce one from a white if you wish. Then you cube the item with the shrine until you get the desired stats. Some of those mods are rare so it will take a lot of shrines to get them all.
