the psn cloud from new sin's scorpion blade deals spell dmg? so way of spider doesnt affect that dmg? Does that mean I should ignore way of spider and focus more on spell dmg and invest points in energy to have a better aoe psn thrower sin?

I'm running at around 140k but it seems quite low.

it depends, which uber do u want to farm, and which char?
140k is indeed low, and u asked for early farming, so I assume u r playing a paladin, barb, sorc or druid. Although survivality depend on many more factors like dr, avoid, block, I'd say 400k for barb, 250k for paladin, 150 - 200k for druid or sorc, is enough for farming popular places like k3k or TA, get good %FHR and later afford some source of dmg reduction and u can process onto dunc and other bosses.
However I think u shouldnt concern too much about the number. unless u can afford milion of def or are trying to farm fauztinvile, focusing more on %fhr and movements (mouse dragging skills) is better I think.

2. How should i know a price of an item i try to sell/buy? Is there any guides/threads suggesting this?

1) Sigs of learning (those that grant +stat points) or Trader Gold (TG)
2) ask in discord/look at other trade topics to see their prices.

Yeah using an Unholy Paladin atm.

After double checking the FHR values i understand why i get stunlocked so often at least, the Superbeast stat is absolute garbage.

Btw, best spot to farm Sacred Items? K3K/TA?

Hey guys, i tried to start median a second time for muling, but it stacks at "checking versions"... it work few hours ago, but not now.
restarted pc, used median launcher, used basic d2 launcher, running admin, etc. nothing works.
anyone know what to do?

dunc has the highest 'sacred' items drop rate, k3k and TA are good for sets/ uniques farming. Some places in destruction act 5 are also good for finding sacred base items for runewords iirc.
