Is there a place I can find caps to modifiers like ED, TD, FHR, and IAS and any other modifer of the like? /specific caps on weapons for IAS and whatnot

ed - 350 on base items + 350 more on rw (u can add ed with orbs to 700 after making the rw)

fhr,ias - dont think theres a cap

for ias breakpoints - use speed calc
maybe in faq/lfaq in docs u can find all the caps

Yes for freeze duration.

What damage type is crushing blow considered?

Does chance of uninterruptable attack work with barrage? Also.. Do things that add plus to fire/cold/lightning spell damage increase the damage of dragonlore?

CB is physical, UA works with barrage, spell damage only affects spellls not passive ele dmg

So, unlike %DR, flat DR reduces elemental damage as well?
