Well it's pretty obvious you can never rely on ITD, it's a supplementary mod (still meh).
Say you have 20k ar on str based char, you have like 60% cth a dest cow. With ITD that goes to 95%. Not so horrible.

What's Noctule good for? (The skill)
I tested it a while now, and it seems far inferior to all the other spells like bat strike crucify sometimes barrier strike. Main reason is its super slow speed. Already giving up defense from the shield and then you might aswell use one-claw
So what is Noctule's strength that it requires dual claw?
(Is this even a short question? ... post?)
I wuold also like know how Noctule's mechanics are... The bats don't seem to do damage at all, and then to just one enemy, albeit the Tooltip says 1/2 WDM!?
Sidenote: THere also is the SSSU Noctule, however it doesn't seem to fit to this skill, since it has no damage, lol?
(I tested Noctule - as I said a while - and the damage comes from both claws, no procs from 2nd weapon though, so why does a SSSU suck so much?)

It's a sequential animation like batstrike (I assume it uses same speeds), which means you can attain 5 fpa. Get IAS. You also need -20 WSM claws/scissors katars.
You get max block and huge LAEK from bloodbath when dual wielding.
