Is there a reason why we can't see the spell descriptions now? Same for the spell names when you open the spelltab on left or right click.
I brought a friend who's never played median xl and it was very confusing.

It's a bug blizzard introduced with their 1.14 patches. You can fix it by running the game in windowed mode.

was the sukkubus on death skill (in throne of destruction for example) where they cast that discoball thingy that does poison damage and something else, implemented now with the new oskills? sadly it wasnt available before :l

Is it normal to have ~200 ping on TSW?

it depends where youre from, but if youre from the us as your account suggests, you should find a server with better ping.

Do I need to start a new account for the new season? Or only the characters are transferred to non-ladder, but not account?

You can use the same account and yes the current characters become non-ladder.

if i switch to v 1.13 will it mess up my characters on older version? i want to have the respec ability but dont want to risk losing my chars lol

Are assassin ways affected by spell damage?
Does on attack procs work with throwing skills?
How does enhanced weapon damage work and does it multiply my ways damage since my throwing skill is 1/3 WDM (is 33% WDM +100% enhanced weapon damage 66% WDM? aka 2/3 WDM?)

Also on the claw tree theres a passive that looks similar to other passives that grant some of their ability without using the weapon in question. Shadow dancer grants Crit chance. Does this add crit chance to any weapon like most passives of this type?

Only on direct melee hit's so pretty much never.

No.

EWD is a multiplier to physical damage only.

Shadow dancer only adds crit & damage if you have at least one claw equipped.
