Second one is more damage because energy factor is only affected by energy of course, but with the first one you get block.

Oh. So there's no benefit to the new skills at all? I thought the Stormzon would get a boost but it seems it's the same as before if no new skills are worth using

I quite like the build idea of using Hailstorm though. It frees up many skill points. How did this compare to Tier 1 builds in version 1.1?

Can I remove/change orb bonus on set items?

Does Thunderstruck and Magnetic Field procs on striking? And why there is no tiered unique scepter for stormzon? Any suggestions?

Thundercrack does proc and if you read the patch notes you'd see that the tu war scepter was changed specifically for a Storm Zon.
