I think my game is bugged. Today, when I disenchant my Set pieces the signets are going into my inventory at zero value. I can click them infinitely but do not gain the stat.

Edit: Im apparently capped with SoL...didnt know it was 400. Can I trade these signets to other characters with their full value? Or are they now just junk?

I believe DeadlyStrike tops out at showing only 75max in D2stats, but it applies properly in-game, if thats what ur referring to.
(or at least it used to, anyway-- the weap's been modified in this latest ver.)

ALSO,
If youre equipping it on your Merc, D2stats (or maybe the game engine) can sometimes get mixed-up depending on your order of equipping.
try equipping the sword last, then check if it shows in D2stats.
If you equip something else after the sword, DeadlyStrike sometimes disappears until you re-equip the sword very last....
(i dont think this has been reported yet as a bug, but it def happens.)

Are the grand ones as big as the grand charms from d2?

I have the small ones that take up one unit of space then the larger ones that take up two units of space is there another larger one?

All 3 sizes exist, with proportionately improved bonuses.

You dont have to carry them around, tho.
Just Cube them (carefully) with your Triune Charm

(Except for that ultra-rare golden snitch!)

what is the lowest cd you can get antimass to?

it have dinishing return so you cant get it to 0 sec, but i think you can get it low enough numbers to cast it frequently
