I assume I can only make runewords out of grey items (plain). But if I honorifcs a magical blue item and it turns to green... By definition it's a blank item with multiple sockets according to the mark of infusion from Shenk. So does that mean I can make a runeword from that item? I was thinking of putting some jewels in it and the rune last to make a shield runeword from it but I don't want to waste my rune if it won't work.

There's a lot of random shitty items in the game. If every item was op, how would anyone ever experiment? How would you ever get 500 sigs? lots of reasons. I'm sure someone has made use of this ring before. Just gotta find out the ways.

Hey I never said it was bad. Just that its often a sig but people have found ways to make the items work *cough cough sssu short bow on a1 merc*

I believe he really meant to reduce his mana.

Since mana regen based on percentage, so fewer mana -> fewer mana regen -> fewer mana degen -> more %mana per hit
