Get a sky spirit and Qor shield for 100% total pierce for all elements or use Polar Breath for more ele procs.

You don't do weapon damage. It wouldn't make sense to add elemental damage to your weapon.
You want to increase %Spell damage. Just use Hive/Path of Flames/Ring of Light
All of those will kill a necrobot.

I'm not sure how to get any of those.... I tried for RoL like in the lazydin guide but I couldn't get it to roll

It's uncommon. It takes a long time.
Auhe RW belt for Path of Flames, SU Blackguard Helm, Hivemind for Hive, or Klaatu Barada Nikto amulet
Another question, what is the horadric scroll for that I got in terror? Is it just a left-over item from when marco changed the drop locations? Am I supposed to use it with a charm or something?.... Sorry if I'm missing something really obvious...
