What is "hatred" difficulty now ? and where can i do lvl 50 challenge now ?
I cant see that Tran Athulua on normal difficulty.

How to open a portal to the Secret Cow level since Tome of TP not exist anymore? I dont get it...

Hatred = Normal. Kill the turrent monster before Baal, it opens a portal to TA.

Anyone have suggestions on where to farm for gold? Currently in A4 Nightmare, running out of gold to res my merc.

Act2 from the town to the viper temple, make sure to check also corpses/urns/chests.
