Skill hotkey annoying problem :/

Hello everyone, I have a problem assigning some quick keys to the skills, first I could not use the f8 key, although I assigned it and the key worked correctly, I simply could not use it in the game to establish what skill I would use with that key.
And today the f3 key stopped working, or almost ... I have an established ability in f3 but I can not choose it without having to press ctrl + f3 .... does anyone know how to solve this annoying problem? ..

PS: note that when the f3 key stopped working, the f8 started to ...

1. are you using laptop?
2. if you are on laptop, do you have any other function on the same button? (fn keys is usually found with). Check if there is toggle-on / off.
3. have you tried to map your skill to other keys that easier to access (like WASD, ZXC, QERFV etc. you can remove existing hotkey to somewhere else)

if your keyboard has a function key (Fn) usually next to left ctrl, then F keys will not work unless you press Fn key together with f3
