I really should have specified but I’m on my phone and kinda multitasking so you’ll have to excuse me. That staff has a 25% chance to cast level 41 dragon heart when attacked. Why wouldn’t everyone use this on switch for 1000% extra defense, 25% STR to VIT, and 50% WD? I don’t think I’ve ever seen this in a build guide. I’m wondering why.

the duration on dragonheart proc has been greatly nerfed in order to prevent exactly this kind of cheese

How great are we talking here? With 2x adrenaline rings at level 41 proc + say.... 27 to all skills. Any idea where I could find this sort of info since skill calc doesn’t seem to incorporate said nerf?

you can probably test with the non-xis version, it should last a few seconds

+skills wouldn't matter. doesn't affect skill lvl on procs.

This prebuff used to work and was overused (see old Stoya videos, specifically one of his rebound barb videos where he showed exactly how he built his char and how to prebuff), along with

25% Bonus to Strength

for Tainted Blood (I think this one still works but its not a huge bonus besides some psn resist and slow regen -- defense buff is fairly minimal except on assassins using that claw proc).

Not to mention, a lot of people aren't fond of having to switch to three-four different weapons for buffing -- most will keep one main buff on switch like shamanka or something.

These 2 buffs work and both have a nice duration.

About 15 seconds, never over 1 min. You can't find it unless you do the item and calculate it.
