Weird builds

Hey all,
lets make this forum alive!

So the discussion is: whats your strange build that you know its weak, not the best, cant do much ubers but you force yourself to squizz from it as much as you can, or simply like the playstyle?

Personally i made a arcane torrent sorc, have 108k damage physical/magic, done few ubers, easilly reach 25k mana cap (there are some good items to it), the leveling was great, really strong at beginning but at the end mehhh, couldnt do duncraig.

Leveled storm amazon- that was a pain in the ass!! :evil:

but did it, made it pure mage by stormcall total 74k lighting/physical damage, not so tragic but mehhh, couldnt clear fast necromorbs in duncraig

slain souls died pretty fast though

Thinking about buckshot necro- shotgun! Psi storm sin, holy mage pally

Tried leveling a 2 handed sword amazon using normal attack only - very boring gameplay, even on players1. Defensive Harmony helps to survive somehow. Had hard time killing Cave Snappers with her. Might try something else nexy time :think:

I'm actually working on a necro that uses buckshot and frag shot. Only level 57, but those shots are nasty when combined with high atk speed. I just need more hit recovery to enjoy blasting away mobs effectively up close. I also tried to combine Boneyard with my skill set, but I wasn't really feeling it so I gave it up and now my necro is 100% gunner :twisted:

But I am nervous for the ubers and whatnot. I may have to do a lot of run 'n gunning :lol:

I ran around with a pally with a sol runeword in a bow and maxed symphony of destruction with a lot of enemy poison resist and it was a lot of fun. Lots of punishers and stuff and doing nothing but running around gayly.

if you wanna play with a quite good build then try a caster barbarian - once we will get a barb helm that has a morph on it this build will be a true competitor to sorc/din/druid

I made a build centered around making the A5 Barbarian merc the hero. I made a Barbarian and just stacked a huge amount of shrinecrafts with health regen and defensive bonuses with eagle stance always on (Didn't get the skill that makes the stance an AoE buff) and decked out my merc in the strongest gear available. At the end, he had 89k damage and killed p8 diablo in about 2 seconds. I was virtually immortal.

Only problem was, act 5 destruction would 1 shot my barb merc no matter what, and once they died, they would lose innate buff. So I hit a big wall there.

Damn, I was hoping that merc would be able to do something... more :lol:

i tried playing a weapon dmg build without any gear
melee barb with sor, it was quiet hard but fun but after beating hatred baal it gets just too ridiculess

Has anyone tried a Poison Flash Treewarden with the punisher proc from rw bow?

works nicely with poison flash and idol of scosglen
