Any builds for this? i found a armor that gives +32 to cataclysm was wondering if any good guides or builds for this type of sorc.

It's got several things working against it.
1.) ice elemental nerf
2.) sorc is generally poor for oskills since your EF dmg boosts (witch blood / vengeful power) don't work for oskills
3.) your only bonus for ele damage is in fire tree
So no, it won't be a strong build. Just for fun.
