The Ice Elementals proc on Gravetalon locks out the usage of any ability while it is proccing, which is multiple times per second during farming. This effectively makes it unusable. I'd really appreciate it if this was fixed like the Banish proc was, because this weapon lends some much needed meatshield sustain to an otherwise very squishy build.

summoner still spawns over there sometimes

Pagan rites proc on Kabraxis skin sometimes revives me after dying. Problem is I can't interact with anything and need to leave the game after this happens.

Belial and Azmodan stage on the Uldyssian Path: only one Belial is labeled "Uldyssian's Memory", all the fake ones are just called Belial.

Also, cutting the xp gain on so many items to 1%, what's even the point of having it? A friend of mine just upgraded his laz charm and it gives 1% xp gain, 1 skill, and 10 attributes for the amount of farming needed to get all 6 emblems. I guess this is another mistake because the patch notes said 5% xp replaced the max skill.

Overall, the only way to reliably get xp gain is crafted jewels, which with the xp gain nerf rendering another item useless with that deckard cain staff besides some Lem Jewels, wouldn't it be best to j ust remove the stat at this point? You're already getting something like 5-15 xp per kill at higher levels, if that, in farming areas (and thats already with the xp gain from the khalimgrad and death projector charms which have noticeable values at a total of 25%).

duncraig enemies shot invisible spells that 1 hits squishy characters, also when slain soul hits you and you try to run they can still reach you without chasing you...

Even standing still in areas in Vizjun, the map can spawn invisible mines and invisible death strike things that tear you a new asshole/one shot you even though they never ever render.

mystic shard says -1 light radius, but doesn't actually give -1 light radius on upgraded chest.
