To be doable Vizjun should have it's density decreased and Xazax should have life decreased a lot, otherwise he takes almost no damage but can still kill you instantly independent of your resistances.
What class / build / gear are you using?
In general I agree btw; some parts of the game have bosses that are way too hard. In most arpgs I play softcore until I know the game well enough to play hc but in Sigma I think it would be impossible. The main game is easy enough (maybe too easy) but most of the charms are not possible without dying, sometimes many many deaths and just winning by attritition.
It's almost like 'In SC, I'm immortal and weak versus you being mortal and strong, so I'll just keep coming back and dying over and over until you're dead' (at least for some class/build combinations) and some can be done but only with a complete re-spec and crafting sepcific gear (like Quov Tsin).
