Does Median XL mod change any of standart magic find mechanics?
There is a picture from LoD which shows magic find diminishing returns rate. Is it relevant for Sigma?

I was wondering about this myself. Im hoping they modified it, since they lowered mf values heavily.

I think they changed for ladders, especially in Sigma.

Nope, this MF chart is still relevant for Sigma.

So the values being nerfed heavily barely matters in the end anyway, as 100% mf is not much worse than 600%, at least towards SUs and Sets (which is what you want in the end game, as per TU's you just chain-farm some bosses that guarantee 2-3 drops + some ACs)

I like to believe you, but do you have proof - how do you know?

Determining item quality is somewhat complicated process and expression which calculates it does not rely entirely on the Magic Find, there is a few different parameters that's being taken into account in the process. As for me, I have some knowledge in reverse engineering and I'm more than familiar with that particular function which is responsible for item generation. And no, there is no changes in MF mechanics whatsoever.

Hello, can you, please, explain is MF stacked for party members or is calculated as: Player's own (uses only his own), Mercenaries' (uses his own+Players'), Minion's (uses Player's MF). As it means that to get MAX_MF you need to get Bosses killed by Mercs.

So basically, if you are doing the killing, get near 400 mf for effectiveness.
If your mer is doing the job, get x mf on you and y on your mers, x+y ~400 mf

Sorry, didn't get the point.

Is there a + to MF if the merc is killing the boss instead of you?
Is there a some kind of stack between your MF and another Player's MF in you party?
