Bow: TU Reflex, midgame Askarbydd, late intimidating crafted Reflex Bow.
I actually used Phantom rw for a while at lvl 110. Shit damage, but the frozen soul proc can allow you to farm some cows/jungles without paying attention.

Quiver: doesn't really matter, nice MOs though. Locust hive / rare are good. Any lotteried %MF is probably best here.

Body Armor: TU Quilted, late %LL rebel RW or The Petulant.
Helm: Siegfried/ TU Spangen into Wichhunter's / Royal Circlet / craft (zon helms roll %dex), late Asgardsreia/Helepolis, Deviant is probably actually insane.

Belt: Honorific / low level abandoned craft
Gloves: craft/hono or Hammerfist (cheap), late Rogue Foresight.
Boots: craft/hono, late Akarat's Trek

Rings: assur's bane x2 into lots of options, best is Knuckles, but empy/ouroboros works
Amulet: whatever you can get, following the same stats as other pieces. Has some broken BiS, namely %ds Lamen and buried hawk.

i'm going to guess you took more time killing them with your best gear compared to how long a generic midgame builds other chars do.

for the most part, not really. Most of the time you spent is figuring out the best skill setup, then kill is fast.
at the end of the day, it's a build that excels at farming if anything, due to the mobility / long range

I hope there is a easy way to find a rare quiver.
The rare quiver is really more rare than a rare amulet.

how i can reach he 208 ias frame , i didnt want to use estatic frenzy , because my defense will e always 0 , but maybe no other chance to reach this ias

elemental bowzon is pretty bad now, no matter the efforts u put in to it, the dmg still gonna be low.
