Okay. I am in hell 120. I am currently dealing around 4100 dmg with forked lightning any ideas to improve?

yeah , what items are you working with right now? Also you are going to need some 4% lightning spell crafted jewels. you get those by using, "Zod rune + arcane crystal + oil of craft + random jewel ----> in return you get a crafted jewel."
