Gloves, boots, belt, rings?
I'll try a build that is decently obtainable and then throw on some gear and cheese the skill to the max, like 20 Atomus jewels or something like that.

Whirlwind Pally - massive ww damage but can't hit anything. Will use Metalhead for itd so attack rating doesn't suffer. Elemental band for more damage options. Needs more pierce since the stupid maul is broken. If maul pierce was working, this would be a crazy build I believe. Pally can get nearly 20k total stats with pretty obtainable gear. Using Atomus jewels in everything, that could be 30k.
