Is there a way or a tool to make holding the mouse button multi-click or to continue using skills on holding when mobs die? I saw that d2 stats reader has something that was supposed to do it but it does not work.

Keep your attacks skills on rmb, click and hold rmb on empty ground. You will now attack move against anything in range while being able to switch skills.
On some ranged builds it's easier to hold down LMB and just tap or hold shift when you want to fire.

Hmm, its mostly for the left click if possible so the click+hold only works on right-click then? I am playing a melee sorc right now but basically any skill-spam class is an issue for me(soooo all of them).
