Tested it on hc, worked really well. Spread points between ice summons and their synergy for max hp. Not many people realise the potential of miasma i guess. You can use it as chronofield alternative, it's weaker area vise, but stronger because does damage. Abyss for leftovers if their are any. I don't remember much of my gears from it, but i do recall that armor was shrine crafted and had +acid fiends on it. Thus loads of meatshields and tanks.
