No, you don't need merc to do anything, it is just boost for farming certain zones. You should have zero issues just walking without him.

MO your gear. Your defense is low. Thunderslam is essential to this build, so is Shower of rocks in crowded places and generally in places like Duncraig cause of their high AR and damage.

You write that t4 Light Gauntlets are bis and solves AR issues, but the t4 Light Gauntlets doesn't give any dex or AR. Mistake or am I missing something? Chain Gloves gives AR and dex.

iam lvl 110 with two problems.

low AR - a3 60% rating in mobs - less in bosses
low mana sustain - high bosses with high HP, my mana over and dps low a bit.

any tip?

2. tu horned helm - mana on striking, you shouldn't run out of mana vs those bosses
