have you tried disabling loading last character via registry file included in the archive? maybe it tries to load a character from other mod version.

@ kambala: i tried that registry thingy as instructed last night i still get error. help!

i installed ver 10 of plugy, 1.13c and I play in D2SE if that helps.

"quests data not found" means that you're trying to load Sigma character with old app version or vice versa: load non-sigma with the latest version.

Will the offline tool support sigma 1.10?

i'll try matching versions of both mxl and the offline tools later, wish me luck. it's getting annoying that i cannot level down for the early charms.
