Also, when do I reduce Harbinger from full (the guide says "harbinger is full") to only 10 points (Final skills section reads "Harbinger - 10 Points.") ?


when you are leveling you want to get as mush dmg as possible so maxing harbinger aint bad. but 10 points there is enough if you get enough damage from your weapon.

The build recommends attack speed (IAS) jewels in the weapon. But I use the weapon only 1-2 times for each big pack of monsters, to get mana (with Mana pulse). For the rest, 90% of the time I use Harbinger.
Won't the attack speed jewels be wasted on Harbinger? Or do they help Harbinger as well?

Damn. fcr -> faster cast rate. ias -> increase attack speed. Harbinger is same like Mana Pulse, you attack with it (NOTcasting it)and benefit.
If u boost your weapons with jewels or SHA runes you will see the difference.

you really do not understand or is it a bad joke? bleeding causes periodic damage, then think for yourself, I see it will be useful to you.

First of all - Harbinger uses attack speed as it pointed above. And for werewolf form attack speed in weapon (not in other items but in weapon itself) will make werewolf attack alot faster than once per 7 frames. For example

Srsly. His mana pulse becoming fast AF... not sure about how many frames, but really alot faster than 7 fpa.

the only thing that gets down to 2 frame is stuff like treewardn FHR and that takes like 4800.
