i hope in the future sigma has better support for more systems
Not sure which distro you're using, but it works in current Ubuntu and Mint (so I assume it should work in all current Debian-based distros).
Also not sure which WINE version you're using, but I'm using WINE 4.0-rc6 (Staging). Couldn't get it to work in WINE 3.0.4 (Stable), but didn't try it in that version with the Linux launcher.
Speaking of which, make sure you're using the Linux laucher and not the Windows launcher (it does work with the Windows launcher, but I had some issues with it).

As far as necessary packages, you'll need:

As far as WINE components, I installed the following via Winetricks (though not sure all are necessary):
> vcrun6
> vcrun6sp6
> vcrun2010
> vcrun2017
> msvcrit
> corefonts
Finally, make sure WINE is running programs in Windows 7, 8/8.1, or 10 compatibility mode.
I'm also not very good at Linux, so hopefully something here helps.
