Abyss Sorc build

Can anyone just give me a quick rundown on the skills for Abyss sorc?

iirc Abyss used to be a 1-point skill. Is that still true?

What other skill to deal with cold immunes?

Any 1-pointers?

Which reward skills?

Any other info you can spare the time to mention.

Abyss has a new ND (Next Hit Delay). It used to be 1point. Now even with skill invested it does not good damage. Lost much potential of its aoe and boss killing dps.

I would not recommend it, tbh.

You'd think with all the re-work on the skills and descriptions they could mention the ND of a skill

I'm a bit stuck as to what to do with this sorc now tbh, it's not easy to tell which skill sare good and which are not with such incomplete information.

Abyss doesnt have ND, its still fine after the nerf, just got a nerf that it kinda needed.

well it says it "hits 13 times" which is a ND, isn't it? Also i remeber that i read something about a ND added last patch. Ill look that up.

Abyss was super strong. And now its average, at its best.

No, it's not, Abyss does not have NextDelay at this moment.

So it is not a ND, but just hits less than before?

Still Abyss felt super weak in crowded areas..

Hits per second and next delay are two distinct skill properties.

So is Abyss still viable? It seems to have been reduced to about 96.6% of its former strength (doesn't sound too bad?).

And if it is still viable, can someonme please just give me a quick idea of the skills etc as per my OP?
If not, what's better?

P.S. I tried the old Guides section but the Lightning/Cold sorc guide is so old the link to the skills shows no skills at all.
